No. BumperSoft provides free download service. You can download software at no charge. You only pay for your local Internet connection (ISP).
- Does BumperSoft charge to use any of the software?
No, BumperSoft is a software library. We list software for free and trial downloads. However, some software authors do require you to purchase their software after an evaluation period.
- How do I download software?

Licensing information is given for each software title at BumperSoft, this is usually displayed both in our listings and on the program description page.
- How do I purchase the full version of non-free software?
You can click on the "Click Here To Buy Online" button found on BumperSoft product review page or the "Buy Now" button found on the software listings page.
Where there is no "Click Here To Buy Online" or "Buy Now" button available on BumperSoft page, you can obtain the purchase information usually within the "Help" menu of the software. The "Help" menu is on the top-right of the program window. Look for registration or purchase details.
- How can I contact the Author?
Authors usually include contact email and Web address information within the "Help" menu of the software program. Open the program and click on the "Help" menu on the top-right of the program window. Select the "About" option. Should you experience any difficulties here, please contact BumperSoft Support Center and we'll see what we can do to help.
- Do you provide technical support for the software you list?
BumperSoft is unable to offer technical support regarding the actual "use" of any software available for download. Technical support is usually provided by the author or developer of the program.
Provided you are able to start the software program, BumperSoft recommends you to first check the "Help" pages usually available at the top-right of the software program window. However, there may be times when you are unable to run the software program at all. In this instance, try to locate the folder or directory in which you installed the software program and look for a Readme.txt file for instructions and contact details.
Should all else fail, please contact BumperSoft Support Center and we'll do our best to obtain the relevant support email address for you. Please include the title of the software program in question.
- Sometimes I get timed-out when downloading software, why?
You may be experiencing connection problems or the download server could not handle the number of simultaneous connections or the server has limit on the time spend downloading.
