Text-to-HTML is a program to convert ASCII texts into HTML format with a minimum loss of formatting information.
Features: Converts e-mail addresses and URLs into hyperlinks; Extracts paragraph alignment information; Recognizes numbered and bullet lists
Manual converting mode (see below); Supports underlines; Easy-to-use wizard-style interface

Limitations: Does not convert table of contents; Does not support conversion to multiple HTML files; Only texts with ASCII charset are intepreted properly
Manual converting:
Text-to-HTML tries to create HTML document that is as close to the original text as possible. However it is not always possible to unambiguously recognize text layout to convert it into appropriate HTML structures. That's why the program provides manual converting mode that allows users to resolve conflicts between all possible conversion scenarios. It takes a little more efforts but can improve the quality of output document essentially. See the program's documentation for the further information.
Limitations in downloadable version
It replaces random characters in the destination document with asterisks.
