SQL Manager for Oracle Freeware (EMS SQL Manager Lite for Oracle) is an excellent and easy-to-use freeware graphical tool for Oracle database development and administration. It has the minimal required set of tools for those users who are new to Oracle and need only its basic functionality.
Being a light edition, SQL Manager Freeware has certain restrictions, for example, the maximum size of registered databases should not exceed 4 GB, and some others.
