URL Address Book is a popular bookmark organizer that sits either on your system tray or desktop whilst browsing the web and allows you grab and load links from/to your browser. You can also store user ids, passwords, comments, allocate user defined categories and associate local files to each link saved. Bookmarks are saved in an encrypted format and you can set passwords for individual files, allow multiple users share the same local browser but have totally portable and private Internet bookmarks.
