WinTweak is mainly aimed at users of Windows 95 and Internet Explorer 4.
Features include, move your email and news folders and your address book to the location of your choice, toggle between the IE4 and MSN search pages, adjust the menu pop-up rate, adjust the maximise windows speed and easily change the computer user name and organisation.
You can also customise the Start Menu, documents, favourites, find, run and log off can be included or excluded.
