zButterfly is a full-featured BitTorrent client that makes it easier than ever for users to find, download, play and share movie torrents. Unlike other BitTorrent client search engines, zButterfly offers the pre-built library of movie torrents which now amounts to over 10000 titles.
Moreover, the client has the ability to go online, look for new movies, and update the database with the most up to the moment information on available torrents.
zButterfly makes it a matter of a few clicks and key presses to find a movie. When you run the client, you are presented with a clear and convenient user interface with the search bar on top where you can enter the name of the movie you want to download, or any keyword and run a search. It is possible to refine your search results.
In the search bar area, select the Advanced mode, and then choose a specific range of years, genres, countries, IMBD rating that you would like your search to cover. Clicking the Search button starts the look-up action, and the program almost instantly returns the results that match the search criteria. That's pretty much it.
Once you have the results in which you are interested, you can select any of the movies to view further information on that title. You'll be amazed at the completeness of the information which includes actors, director, genre, video trailers, screen shots, format, language and download link.
Clicking that link starts the download process which depends mainly on the speed of your ISP provider. However, in most of the cases, the download speed is fast enough to download a large High Definition movie extremely quickly.
On completing the process, you can play the movie, share it with other torrent users, or convert for playback on iPad, iPhone, iPod, TV.
One of the strongest points about zButterfly, even more important than its updatable database of movies and convenient navigation, lies in its open source nature. As you do not have to pay, nothing spoils the fun!
