With Mail Magic Professional it is easy to send out customized mail magazines, new product announcements, sales confirmations or any other kind of email communication, in either text or HTML format.
* Database features - Data file import from other programs such as Excel and Outlook, data editing, filtering, sorting, flags indicating whether mail has been sent etc, duplicate data check etc. Fields from the database can be automatically merged into either text or HTML mails.
* Mail Send Functions - Register multiple servers and mail accounts, Timer, Send attachments, Set interval between mails.
* HTML Mail Wizard - Allows user to modify the HTML templates that come with the program to create original HTML mails with graphics, different text styles and colors etc.
* HTML Templates - Over 160 templates in 9 categories.
* Clip Art - Over 200 items of clip art, backgrounds etc.
