Automatic Print Email is now renamed Automatic Email Manager, it is the ideal program for all those which do not have time or the habit of watching e-mailbox or need to print automatically important mails like reports, order, pictures, important messages, and much more.
Automatic Email Manager checks at regular interval your e-mailbox and automatically prints the new emails and/or attachments (file joined like FAX, acrobat PDF, Word, Excel, Photos, TIFF,... ) without downloading them in your mail software (Like Outlook, Pegasus, Thunderbird, Lotus note, ...).
Easy to use you can define rules which changes the printer according to the type of email or even automatically remove your emails which contain keywords. This version can connect to all mail account in POP3, IMAP4, Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, Fax provider,...
How does it work?
1. A new email is in your mailbox (It can be web ORDER, a FAX, a report in PDF, important messages, photos...)
2. Automatic Print Email installed on your computer or on server detects it automatically
3. Legitimate emails and/or attachments are printed to the selected printer without user interaction
