AD MailBox Manager is a useful program, which gives you a powerful and friendly tool to check your mailboxes. It allows you to check all your email accounts for new messages and preview or delete them before downloading to your computer. CheckMail saves time and money by allowing you to delete unwanted or large emails directly from the server without downloading them. Also, it's can notify you about receiving new messages.
- Downloading only info
AD MailBox Manager save your time and money because it's downloads an information about messages in your mailbox but doesn't download the contents of the messages. You can look at a list of messages in your mailbox to decide what to do with them.
- Delete messages
After that the AD MailBox Manager downloads an information about messages in your mailboxes, you can delete unwanted messages directly on server.
- Notify about new messages
You can force the AD MailBox Manager to notify you about new messages incoming. Each time when the program checks your mailboxes it's check, does any new message appears and notify you about this by playing sound or/and by showing the notification dialog.
- View messages
If you wants to read any messages immediately the AD MailBox Manager can download it and open using your default mail client.
