Ozeki Autodialer Studio is an advanced VoIP autodialer. It enables you to make automated voice calls from computer to regular phones. This solution is based on VoIP technology. The voice messages are forwarded from computer to phones via the network of an Internet based service provider.
To make voice calls, you need to connect your Ozeki Autodialer Studio to the telephone network. This can be done in three ways:
1. You can use a VoIP telephone adapter
2. You can use a SIP Account provided by Internet based VoIP telephone provider
3. You can use your existing office PBX if it is a VoIP system

STEP-BY-STEP INSTALLATION INTERFACE:
The installation of the software is quite easy. The installation guide holds detailed and step-by-step installation steps that are also shown on figures.
IT SHOWS REAL-TIME CALL STATUS:
With Ozeki Autodialer you can always check the actual status of your calls.
IT SUPPORTS DTMF:
Ozeki Autodialer supports DTMF (Dual-tone multi-frequency). With this your clients only need to push the telephone buttons when they would like to browse in the menu. When they have found the appropriate menu point they simply push the desired button.
IT ALLOWS A BROADCAST SCHEDULE TO BE SPECIFIED:
You can give the interval of your calls. This means that you can specify the time when your system is ready to operate. For example you only want the software to operate on working days and in working hours.
IT CAN BROADCAST PERSONALIZED VOICE MESSAGES:
You can add your own personalized voice message to Ozeki Autodialer, this voice message will be heard by your respondents.
SOUND RECORDING:
The software is also capable to record sound. This has many advantages like you do not need to employ plus workers for the phone job. Ozeki Autodialer plays your own voice messages.
IMPORT/EXPORT CSV/EXCEL FILES:
You can download your contact list directly from a CSV/EXCEL file, Ozeki Autodialer handles it automatically. There is also the opportunity to export your contact list into Excel after the calling campaign with the "Export to Excel" button.

1. It can be used to make several hundred phone calls simultaneously
Sign up for a SIP service on the Internet, create a phone number list, record a message and press "play" to start the calls. It is an excellent tool for notifying people about on-line events, such as a web conference a few minutes before the event starts.
