The Pastor's Study was designed with the help of many pastors. Who better than the person who is going to use the program? We feel blessed by the number of positive comments that have received from the pastors who have done an evaluation. When you receive your purchased copy it can be installed on your church network allowing unlimited users. Imagine you and your administrative assistant accessing and entering data at the same time!
Features:
* Favorites can now be entered so you can easily LISTEN to or read examples of sermons.
* Using your Internet device you may connect to the Library of Congress to speed up data entry of your library collection.
* The sermon section of The Pastor's Study allow all or either of these features; cataloging, tracking, and/or preparation.
* Audio and video links have been added to: Sermons, Illustrations, Journal, Favorites and Counseling sessions.
* Maintain your personal library using the Dewey decimal system.
* Added a tool for the user to define the font style and size for all of the programs windows. The default font is MS Sans Serif 8 point
* The powerful Query Designer is now available on many of the maintenance windows.
* The relation of subjects has always been important in The Pastors Study.
* New in version 6.0 is a Report Designer.
* Keep a detailed list of illustrations for future use by date, category, and multiple key words.
* Keep a diary of your own personal thoughts and activities using the Journal feature.
* The Counseling section of The Pastor's Study is password protected allowing privacy in this multi-user application.
* Visitation Diary allows the tracking of each person or persons you visit.
* Maintain your personal prayer list.
* We now have an improved calendar and appointment schedule.
* Using the Contact Manager you may keep a list of all contacts including: 4 telephone numbers, email address, type of service to the church, and the skills the contact has offered to share with the church.
* Expense recording and reporting has also been added.
* Honorariums can be tracked and reported.
* An import function for the sermon, library, contact files.
* An export function has been added to compliment the many other export options available.
* Many of the program windows displaying a list box has a new feature called Quick List.
* Use the Enter key as well as the Tab key to move to the next field.
* List box columns may be resized as in MS Excel.
