Mortgage Calculator is a software tool that allows you to list, evaluate and compare different mortgage offers. Mortgage projects are demonstrably displayed in a single window. For each project, Mortgage Calculator computes a number of essential values including monthly payment, total sum to pay, the amount of principal and interest left on a particular date, and the total amount of interest for the whole loan term. It generates an Amortization Schedule which helps you visualize how the amount of your debt will decrease throughout the loan term. By comparing several schedules you can see which loan project lets you sign off the debt most quickly.

- Multiple loan offers can be demonstrably displayed in a single window. You can easily add, copy and remove loan offers.
