The advanced math core uses color histograms, image shape analysis, and image color topology to deliver the best recognition accuracy ever possible! No matter the quality of images, their resolution or the color depth – Visual Search Pony works in all conditions and features the "all terrain" image search and face recognition.
Features:
* Find duplicate images and their modified copies
Turn on the ignition, select a folder and Visual Search Pony will scan all your pictures and highlight all duplicates found. The smart detection algorithm allows finding duplicate images regardless of their resolution, size or color depth.
Whenever a search completes, you will see the original images automatically separated from duplicates. A single click – and the program eliminates the duplicates. The program detects original images by two signs: the date (older means better) and by quality (uncompressed is better than compressed, RAW is better than any uncompressed).
Sometime you may want to find more than just duplicate pictures. Visual Search Pony allows to find and group together, original pictures, their duplicates and modified copies. The algorithm explores wider range of image similarity measures, than pure duplicates search and is tolerate to changes in color (including conversion to gray-scale), shift, scale, rotation, flip and other image transformations and even allows to bind photographs of a person with derived works.
* Search pictures by sample
Pick a sample image and let Visual Search Pony find all images similar to the one you have provided. The search uses advanced comparison methods, including color map similarity, in-depth color histogram analysis, the shape (contour) of an object and facial descriptions. It is possible to find modified copies of a sample picture, including flipped, shifted, rotated, scaled or even pixeled ones.
Or you can simply find similar images based on the color of a sample.
Sometimes, you need to locate images basing on their shape, not color. The software provides a way to find an image basing on a sample, even if the colors are different.
Provide a photo portrait with one or more faces shown on it and order Visual Search Pony to locate all other photos with that person or persons on them (works on upright, frontal faces at good lighting only).
