Do you pencil in employee names and tasks on your desk calendar to create your monthly schedules? You then need to somehow communicate the schedule to your employees so they know what tasks they have been assigned each day. We have created our Series 16 calendar schedulers for those of you who like the calendar scheduling format but need a more organized approach to your scheduling.
You can list dozens of tasks and then assign them to your employees each day using drop-down menus of task names.
The vacation scheduler allows you to specify 10 different vacation periods for each employee, so you will not mistakenly schedule an absent employee to a daily shift or task.
Scheduling outputs include task calendars showing up to 10 people per task and employee calendars showing up to 10 tasks per employee.
The S16-Calendar Task Schedulers Have The Following Features:
* Schedules 10 vacations per employee - Also use this to schedule other absences.
* Schedules your employees on a monthly calendar - For those who prefer this format.
* Alerts you to multiple daily task assignments - These are allowed, but you are notified.
* Provides individual schedules in a calendar format - That you can e-mail to your employees.
* Provides task schedules in a calendar format - Great to send to your clients.
